This is the best bakery I have been to in Nashville, I had bauguette with butter, jam and scrumbled eggs, everything was fresh, delicious and look to be made from scratch. They use Crema's coffee, which is again one of the best coffee in Nashville. Service was friendly, not super fast, which is very normal for boutique cafe bakeries. Bravo Dozen Bakery!

I was there on a Sunday morning, was surprised with the line and hyped at the same time.
Anyway, i waited around 10-15 minutes..there are tables outside and inside. You seat your self, if you find any. I wasn’t too hungry to try the brunch sandwiches, also i have noticed that the prices are a little bit on the high side.
If you’re doing a brunch it’s going to be 10-20$ per person for sure. While 5-10$ for coffee and one piece of pastry.
I tried Almond croissant, they ran out of plain ones, they also had bread and cookies.
My croissant was covered with a lot of powdered sugar, not so flaky, the filling tasted so good though. To be honest the one in the display case looked larger and more flaky, :’D i’m being thorough because i was hyped for the best croissant in my life with long line and because the bakery is far from downtown.
Anyway, worth the try if you’re around the area.
I got cortado and it was decent.
Additionally you will see a lot of merch while waiting in the line.
Staff are courteous and helpful
Gorgeous little Bakery located in Central/South Nashville. A beautiful interior with plenty of seating inside and several tables outside for when the sun is shining.
They sell a large selection of freshly baked breads, sourdoughs, pastries and pies - all made on premises. The staff were incredibly friendly and very eager to help and answer questions.
They also serve breakfast/brunch sandwiches and a great selection of coffees. I highly recommend their scrambled egg, bacon, tomato and pesto sandwich, served on fresh sourdough!
Fantastic experience and one of our new favorite places to get breakfast and great coffee in Nashville. Absolute hidden gem.
Dozen is the best breakfast sandwich in Nashville. The flavor, the crunch of the crust, but softness of the bread, *chef’s kiss*. Get there early, there will always be a line (but it’s usually a line of locals). It’s seasonal but the sweet potato latte is delish too. The focaccia breakfast sandwich is also great, but IMO the egg sandwich with Benton’s bacon is the best. You can’t really go wrong.
This place is busy but for good reason! The bread and pastries are incredible! Thankful for folks that put so much love into their craft. The customer service is also top notch!
Great and Fresh Baked goods, Crema Coffee, and in house bread with eggs are everything you need for a breakfast or brunch.
This local spot is perfect for coffee and small plates for breakfast/brunch. Highly recommend with latte and bagel with eggs. The seating inside is about 15-20 total. It’s a great grab and go and will cut your own loaf of bread for you!
Couldn’t rate this place highly enough! It’s an excellent bakery and coffee shop; visiting Nashville, stayed close by and Dozen really made the area worthwhile (West Houston is a bit sparsely serviced still)
Went most mornings and tried pretty much everything I could, the bread is fantastic, (some of the best I’ve had in the States)
and same for the pastries. Good batch brew coffee & slices of pie to boot. Gets busy but mainly with folk taking baked goods away, so was a good spot to sit and do some work too!
One of my favorite cafes in Nashville! A hidden gem in the city, though still relatively close to familiar areas like Vanderbilt. Their coffee (drip, iced, etc) tastes really good and they offer free refills on iced coffee (a lot of places don’t). Each food item I’ve tried thus far is also super tasty… give the chicken salad a try!
